TR010210-Bridge Forming Tool
1. Bridge width must be larger than 1.5 times plate thickness, and bridge width must be larger than 1.8mm.
2. Process program need to leave enough unloading time.
3. Mold is correspondent with plate thickness, different plate thickness require different mold.
4. We can design single bridge, double bridge, the forming top is flat surface.
5. If need arc surface, please advise in order.
6. Due to the different plasticity, steel plate and alum plate’s forming height is 1.5 times plate thickness, while stainless steel plate is 2 times plate thickness.
7. When the shape is narrow and long and plate is very thin, the top of the bridge will have a slight sunken after forming.
