Thin Turret 90 Series Fast Adjustment Guide
 
1. Can fast adjust punch body length, punch body grinding capacity is 10mm, after grinding no need to add shim.
2. Stripper plate adopt automatic locking structure, no need other tool can disassembly stepped standard thin turret stripper.
3. Punch body, guide and machine guide key trinity guide key design, reducing conversion mechanism in assembly area, and has more accurate guide.
4. It’s applicable with thin turret (short guide) JFY, LVD-Strippit machine.
 
 
90 Series Thin Turret Punch Press Tool
 
 
1. Quick change punch head is preloading spring assembly, can adjust punch body height quickly, and reduce mold using cost largely.
2. Adjust punch body’s length through screw thread of the punch head, the grinding capacity is large than 6.5mm, after grinding the mold close height will keep unchanged.
3. Guide adopts lubrication design, graphite processing, to reduce the abrasion of punch turret hole and increase tooling and machine life.
