The blades that used in industry is easily damaged. Blade’s life directly affects the maechanization. Due to this problem, we adopt high-hard tungsten carbide materials in the blade manufacturing material. This greatly improve the blade life. Carbide products refers to alloy products which are hard to mix and melt in the refractory metal compounds (such as tungsten carbide, titanium carbide, tantalum carbide, niobium carbide, vanadium carbide, chromium carbide), metal cobalt or nickel-iron for bonding metal and powder metallurgical method.
