1.We suggest to choose heavy-duty series tool when punch stainless steel plate that thicker than 2.5mm or carbon steel plate that thicker than 3.5mm.
2.The punch body, die material and heat treatment, and producing technology is different with standard thick turret tool.
3.The diameter for heavy-duty punch head is larger, and can bear more press force, the punch body coating process has a better use.
4.Punch head, alignment ring adopt heavy-duty form. The grinding amount is 2.5mm, more than 2.5mm, the punch body will have a risk of broken.
5.The heavy-duty spring is special multiplayer disc spring combination or high strength imported spring, with which will have strong unloading.
