Punch Body TiN Coating Process
 
1.Adopt Switzerland PLATIT coating equipment process, colored gold.
2.Coating penetration thickness is 1um-6um, reduce the friction among punch body, plate and die, increase tooling life 2-6 times.
3.TiN basic coating, price is affordable, tool surface is more smooth, and has a better effect to punch alum plate, not easy to stick on the punch body.
4.TiN coating is cheaper than TiCN coating, for the long-term use of counter sink tool, emboss too, stamping die, lance and form tool, rib rolling tool, punch body, punch inserts etc, it’s more economic to choose TiN coating.
 
 
Punch Body TiCN coating Process
 
1. Adopt Switzerland PLATIT coating equipment process, colored blue-grey, coal black.
2. After coating, the tool’s hardness is 1800-4500Hv (the lowest is above HRC80), thickness:1-4um.
3. Friction coefficient:0.15-0.7, lower the friction among punch body, plate and die, increase tooling life 2-5 times, make the product quality more stable.
4. TiCN coating is expensive than TiN, but for the long-term using of forming too, such as punch body (trimming blade), standard punch hole blade, punch insert, extrusion countersink tool, deep drawing emboss die, stamping die, punching tool, rib rolling tool, can choose TiCN coating.
 
Guide Graphitization
 
1. Guide adopt graphitization physical penetration process.
2. Guide won’t be rusty, have the function of self-priming lubricant.
3. The guide surface is fine and round, can reduce the abrasion on the turret hole of the CNC turret punch press, and extend the machine and tooling’s using life.
